Russian joint headed by Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari preparatory meeting at the headquarters of the Ministry of Electricity in preparation for its first meeting next year.
A spokesman for the Ministry of Electricity Musab teacher in a statement that "the meeting was chaired by Khaled Hassan al-Samarrai, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Electricity for production, on behalf of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Head of the Iraqi side, the meeting was attended by representatives of all Iraqi ministries, as well as representatives of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and Central Bank and the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and the Federation of businessmen. " And the teacher said, "The meeting discussed the laws that govern cooperation and proposals on the Iraqi side signed an agreement to encourage the investment of Russian companies, and the possibility of training opportunities for Iraqi cadres, as well as the modification of all ministries paragraphs contained in the draft of the minutes of the meeting of this committee
