The deputy of Basra province, Faleh al-Khazali, asked the parliament speaker to ask Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi and the Basra Council / Waleed Hamid Kitan about the start of preparing the regulations and instructions to facilitate the implementation of the Basra economic capital.
According to a document issued by al-Khazali, a copy of which was obtained by "Mawazine News" that "the request includes the amounts spent."
