    MP of the coalition of construction, Abdel Aoun Allawi, on Thursday, that the parliament will resolve those who did not lead the constitutional oath after winning the membership of the House of Representatives, indicating that the rules of procedure of the parliament need to amend in order to determine the duration of the constitutional oath of the winners of the elections.
    Allawi said in a statement to the information that there is no paragraph in the rules of procedure of the parliament or provincial councils concerning the determination of the duration of the constitutional oath of the winner of the membership of parliament, from the governors or members of the provincial councils.
    He added that "the meeting before the last discussed the subject of the constitutional oath of governors or members of provincial councils winners of the membership of parliament, especially that there are those who seek to take advantage of the survival of his previous position and also achieve his ambition in his new position."
    Allawi said that "the imbalance lies in the rules of procedure of the parliament and provincial councils, where it needs to be amended, so the next meeting will be resolved the subject of the winners of the membership of parliament who did not lead the constitutional right." End 25 n
