A member of the Baghdad Provincial Council Saad Mutlabi, on Tuesday, that the [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/176/%D8%AD%D9%83%D9%88%D9%85%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D8%A8%D8%A7%D8%AF%D9%8A]government of Abbadi[/url] stopped all investment funds for the provinces except Kurdistan.
The insider said, 'The current cycle is bad and the current system is wrong.'
He added that 'the parliamentary system in Iraq is not commensurate with the political climate in the country and the diversity of the communities', indicating that 'there is no larger bloc in the House of Representatives and political blocs bear the absence of mass'
Calling for a 'parliamentary presidential system and make the citizens are elected president of the country', stressing that 'in respect to the President of the Republic we did not call on him and the Algerian exercise his work legally'.
