"The United States must get rid of all these elements," said David Allen Boillo, 58, who says on the occasion: "The Middle East," according to the police.

But this time he started focusing on getting rid of neighbors. This time, an Iraqi family of four children and their mother lived in the neighborhood they live in Hollywood, Florida, longer than Boylo himself, said Pasco Governor Krisco Noko.

"This family was living in peace here," he said. "These children should feel welcome in this community, that's very shocking."

The story began on Monday when nails were placed near the family home in the hope that they would damage the tires of their vehicle, according to a police report.

"We'll get rid of them one way or the other," Boylo said during the incident, according to eyewitnesses who spoke to the Pasco County Director's Office.

A day later, Boilo robbed the family's house, according to the police report. When the police arrived, Boillo said of the family: "They do not belong here."

The authorities are currently investigating the case as a particularly hate crime after he admitted to entering the Iraqi family's home and said during the investigation that it was his personal duty to expel the family from the area.
