Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Media Commission confirmed communications Ashraf paint on Tuesday, not the responsibility of the Commission for the poor Internet service currently provided.

"In light of the deterioration of the Internet service, the complaints received by the media and communications authority are increasing in this regard, and some, even the majority, hold the responsibility for that," Dahan said in a statement received by Alsumaria News.

Al-Dahan pointed out that "the Commission, with all its cadres, regrets what is happening to the poor Internet service provided to the citizen at a time when it is free of any responsibility to the subject."

He explained that "the issue of optical cable infrastructure belongs to the Ministry of Communications and is managed by the General Company for Communications and Informatics, which feeds operators of telecommunications services and Internet service providers, which is responsible for the provision of optical cable infrastructure and maintenance."

"The Ministry of Communications and the Ministry of Communications seek to improve the service provided to citizens in the telecommunications sector," Dahan said. "There is great cooperation between the TRA and the Ministry in detecting the smuggling of optical beams and using national frequencies without a license."
