Twilight News / A statement from the prime minister's office Friday that Nuri al-Maliki agreed upon receipt of the salaries of the staff of the Kurdistan Region for the month of February, blaming the Kurds and the Presidency of the Council of Representatives responsible for the delay in adoption of the federal budget for the country for the current year and thus delayed the arrival of the employees' salaries to the region.
