    Also at the link if you look at the flights, Iraq to Kuwait is around the clock with the layover flights. Still looking at the schedule flight details real good for a direct flight with out the layovers.

    Every flight is either a "Ideal" or "Long" layover, not sure if they has a play in the Sanction under VII yet even tho they finish the flight in Kuwait...

    Neno, I'm confused on this. Iraq has had flights to other countries for quite a while and they have been under ch 7. Is it because the flights are going to Kuwait that we are making such a big deal about it? In no way am I trying to be negative, I just don't see how ch 7 allows them to fly to some countries but not others.
