Deputy highlighted the most prominent differences on the law of the Federal Court

A member of the Legal Committee of Parliament, the well-being of Ardi, Saturday, highlighted the differences on the Federal Court's law, stressing the existence of a political dispute on the draft law of the Federal Court prevents its passage.
"The law was put forward by the committee to discuss the proposals made by the Federal Court to the House of Representatives," said Al-Ardhi in a statement read by Al-Maarouma. "The law has many flaws and can not be voted on as it stands today."
"The most prominent flaws are that the president of the court itself is the head of the judiciary in general, and this violates the judiciary and is contrary to the provisions of the Constitution, in addition to the length of the member of the Federal Court is 12 years and is very long, as most of the members of the court aged between 80 or 90 years "He said.
"The law granted the president of the court the right to extend for another two years after the completion of the 12 years of the member of the court and this is contrary to the law," she said.Ending / 25
