BAGHDAD / NINA / A member of the Ahrar bloc MP, Hassan al-Jubouri said his bloc is determined to attend the parliament session on Sunday for the second reading of the budget bill .
He said in a press statement that " his bloc has called from the beginning not to politicize the budget law as it regards all Iraqis, saying , his bloc is keen to keep the budget away from debates, blackmail and political bargaining."
He added, "The bloc will present proposals in the event of a failure to approve the budget include a request from the House of Representatives to the prime minister to pass some of the paragraphs of the budget law, including funds of retirement, social protection network and the medicines and medical supplies to the Ministry of Health. "
The House of Representatives has finished the first reading of the draft law on the federal budget for 2014 on 16 March in the absence of the Kurdistan and Muttahidoon MPs.
