    Rep. Talal Al-Zobaie, MP of the Reform and Reconstruction Coalition, on Saturday accused parliament speaker Mohamed Halboussi of "threatening" the legislative and regulatory process in the country, which prevented three deputies from performing the oath.

    BAGHDAD - Mawazine News 
    MP on the coalition of reform and reconstruction Talal Zobaie, Saturday, Speaker of the House of Representatives Mohamed Halbusi threatened the legislative and regulatory path in the country. 
    Al-Zobaie said in a tweet on his Twitter page followed by the Mawazine News that "the Speaker of Parliament Mohammad Haloubsi threatens the legislative and regulatory path in Iraq by preventing him from performing the oath of three deputies sentenced them to the Federal Court by replacing them with other deputies."
