Zobaie: Halbusi does not distinguish between the legislative and executive powers

A member of the government performance monitoring committee, Talal al-Zobaie, said that the speaker of the House of Representatives does not distinguish between the legislative and executive authorities, likely turning the opposition into a front with 150 deputies.
"The Speaker of the House of Representatives Mohammed Halbousi does not distinguish between the legislative and executive authorities and the overlap between the two authorities caused great confusion for deputies," Zobaie said in a televised statement.
"The parliament is supposed to be keen to protect the government from the legal imbalance, because Halbusi heard and not implemented and the deputies hear what the president and the executors say."
"The shadow of the opposition government is in place all over the world," Zobaie said, adding that "the opposition bloc with the opposition will turn into a 150-member front."
