Eighty deputies adopt the proposal to amend the service and retirement law of the Internal Security Forces

Shafaq News / dozens of members of the Iraqi Council of Representatives on Saturday to adopt a proposal to amend the law of service and retirement of the Internal Security Forces
The MPs said in a statement today that "we have completed, with the support and advice of a number of associates, the draft amendment of the law of service and retirement of the security forces income, which will be guaranteed in the case of approval of the members of the House of Representatives a number of rights and privileges for employees of the Ministry of Interior, such as the treatment of cases of referral to retirement due to injury during duty, The optional retirement of those under the age of 50, the amendment and guarantee of the pension rights of the beneficiaries, the increase of the end of service benefits, the rights of martyrs and injured persons and the formation of a Directorate concerned with them and other privileges and rights commensurate with the size of sacrifices made by this institution.
"We will publish the draft amendment and present it to the leaders and officers of the ministry to express opinion on it and enrich it with the comments, amendments and additions that they deem necessary for their development, and we will announce means of communication dedicated to communicate with them and receive their observations to be studied and consolidated before presenting them to the House of Representatives."
