    Jordan announces visa granting facilities for Iraqis

    Jordanian Prime Minister Omar al-Razzaz said on Wednesday that his government will not accept the Jordanian-Iraqi relationship at the highest level, pointing out that Jordan has taken several measures to facilitate the process of obtaining visas for Iraqis. 
    This came during the opening of the 13th International Exhibition and the Second International Forum for Construction, Construction and Engineering Industries, which is being held by the Jordanian Contractors Association in cooperation with the Arab Contractors Union and the Iraqi Contractors Union under the slogan "Jordan and Iraq Partnership and Building". 
    "We are happy to see Iraq regain its health and prosperity, and we will stand by its side and work together to overcome the obstacles, difficulties and challenges that stand in the way of joint action and the development of the historic relations between Jordan and Iraq," he said.
    Al-Razzaz pointed out that "Jordan and Iraq have overcome many obstacles and challenges facing the strengthening of relations between the two countries," noting that "there are some challenges and a team has been formed to follow them up first." 
    "Jordan has taken several measures to facilitate the process of obtaining visas by submitting applications to the Ministry of the Interior website electronically and through the aeronautical and transportation offices," he said. 
    He pointed out that "Jordan, Iraq and Egypt have civilizations of reconstruction and construction and still bear witness to it, and we builders of the region and the homeland and our bodies together we can build a bright future."
