    The MP for the province of Nineveh Mahasen Hamadoun, on Tuesday, an agreement on the return of 33 thousand members of the retired contracts to service in the provinces of Nineveh, Diyala, Salahuddin, Kirkuk and Anbar, indicating that these numbers were agreed to provide financial cover to meet with those involved in this regard.

    "The number of those who will be returned to service from the retired contracts of security personnel in the provinces of Nineveh province has reached 14 thousand," Hamdoun said in a statement to the Information Agency.

    "The recruits approved for the service are local police, energy, federalism, oil, borders and protection of government institutions," she said.

    "The number of renewals of contracts approved for their return to service reached more than 33,210 in all liberated areas (Diyala, Kirkuk, Salahaddin, Anbar and Nineveh), and this number is likely to increase to 35,000 with the opening of the electronic window to bring them back to service, .

    She pointed out that "a meeting was held with the Ministries of Finance and Interior and Director of the Budget Department, where it was agreed to provide financial cover for the renewal of their contracts, in addition to the introduction of new degrees in these security services."
