    He suggested activating the work of the Council of Ministers' decisions on reducing the price of processed petroleum products to the Ministry of Industry, particularly the dry gas in the chemical fertilizer industry, and preparing a strategic plan for the Ministry of Agriculture; the rehabilitation of urea production plants in Khor al-Zubayr and Baiji; To create new plants in the areas where raw materials are available for the industry to cover the growing need, keep pace with the expected increase in demand, and to prepare warehouses to accommodate the increase in coordination with the Directorate of Civil Defense; The safety of those stores.
