He added that "the failure to hold MPs absent or delayed in Yemen's constitutional performance is clear evidence of the weakness of the current administration and its inability to resolve controversial files."
Kanna pointed out that "the lack of application of the rules of procedure of the parliament and adherence to laws encouraged deputies to increase the legal breach and not to give the highest legislative authority sufficient importance."
