    [rtl]On Saturday, the Integrity Commission clarified the details of its investigative procedures regarding cases related to electronic exchange companies operating in the country.[/rtl]

    [rtl]A statement issued by the Authority received a copy of it, that “the Investigation Department in the Authority referred to the opening of (56) criminal cases against these companies; because of suspicions of corruption and exploitation of their work, 23 were referred to the Court of First Instance and another court of inquiry, 26) A case under investigation, pointing out that the directorates of the Commission's investigation in Baghdad, Basra and Nineveh, in addition to its offices in Diyala, Qadisiyah, Muthanna, Anbar, Wasit, Najaf, Kirkuk and Salah al-Din took the investigation of these cases according to spatial jurisdiction.[/rtl]

    [rtl]The statement added that “these cases were divided between suspicions of forgery of smart cards, and the receipt of salaries from those who do not deserve them illegally, and the issuance of cards and pensions to deceased persons and give them to others, and the issuance of cards in return for money, in addition to the existence of cases of exploitation of employees and retirees by the ports of those companies By deducting more than planned, and forcing employees to receive their salaries through one company only in one department. ”[/rtl]

    [rtl]He continued, that "working teams from the investigative offices in Baghdad and a number of provinces have been able to seize the followers in possession of transactions, identities and electronic exchange cards, in Baghdad (48) were seized transaction issuance of smart cards in the retirement body attributed to the employees of the Ministry of Municipalities and Public Works, as has been Arresting an accused in possession of (17) cards and money, in addition to the seizure of an employee who received the money; for the purpose of commenting (29) the treatment of issuing exchange cards in Anbar, and the arrest of a person in Salah al-Din province posing as a lawyer, and the transaction is in the possession of a number of exchange cards.[/rtl]
