    A member of Baghdad Provincial Council Saad al-Muttalbi, on Sunday, the Federal Court set a date to decide the decision of Parliament on the dissolution of provincial councils, indicating that the provincial councils face a major crisis over its employees and contracts and daily procedures.
    Al-Muttalbi said in a statement to / information / that "the Federal Court fixed on the fifth of December next date to consider an appeal on the decision of Parliament to resolve the area of ​​the provinces."
