{Baghdad: Al Furat News} The House of Representatives voted today, Wednesday, on the proposal of the second amendment law to the law to compensate those affected by war operations, military mistakes and terrorist operations No. 20 of 2009, as amended.
"The law includes the formation of 3 sub-committees in each of the governorates to speed up the procedures," said the deputy from Nineveh province, Thabet Al-Abbasi, in a statement.
He stated that "the amounts are 30 million dinars or less, without the direct disposal of the governorate committees without sending them to the central committees in Baghdad."
He referred to "the payment of a pension for those who have a disability not less than 75%, three times the minimum salary, and a reward for those with a disability, 29%, the percentage of disability multiplied by 500 thousand dinars."
Al-Abbasi referred to "other measures to facilitate compensation for property, martyrs and wounded, and this request was essential."
