    The information / Baghdad ..
The former KDP deputy, Majed Shankali, confirmed on Wednesday that the new election law will not harm the KDP, stating that the multi-constituency system will harm some parties in certain regions.
Shankali said in a statement to "Information", that "the Kurdistan Democratic Party will not be affected by the vote on the new election law, as it has its bases in the region and other regions."
He added that "some parties may be harmed, and they are the ones who objected to this law in Parliament. With the benefit and harm of the parties, the law was voted upon and passed."
Shankali explained, "The multiple constituencies will merge some districts and aspects with each other in order to implement what is stipulated in the electoral law, and that will be through the competent authorities to ensure the right of every judiciary and not to lose the votes of the voters." 25 n ended
