Electoral Commission granted the founding of the first party official holiday

[rtl]BAGHDAD / morning to

The House of Representatives approved the Political Parties Law No. 36 of 2015 and was ratified by the Presidency of the Republic, UNHCR began since its publication in the Official Gazette to take all measures to receive requests for the establishment of political parties under the law.[/rtl]
