The Integrity Commission announced, on Thursday, the issuance of a decision to severely imprison the right of the former Accountant Syndicate, indicating that he had spent more than one billion dinars in bad faith, contrary to what is legally prescribed.
In a statement, the Authority received, in a statement, a copy of it, referring to “the convict who used to be the position of the former chief of accountants to dispose of the public money” with ill intent, contrary to the purpose he was entrusted to or given to him for, according to what is legally prescribed, ”explaining that "The convict has disbursed more than one billion dinars of the union's money in fields unrelated to the Syndicate of Engineers."
The statement added, “The Al-Karkh Misdemeanor Court, which is concerned with integrity cases, reached the full conviction of the defendant’s negligence after reviewing the evidence obtained in the case in which the body investigated and referred it to the judiciary. Ended / 25
