{Baghdad: Al Furat News} An Arab newspaper, quoting an informed political source, said today, Monday, that the President of the Republic, Barham Salih, never interfered with the selection of the ministerial cabinet assigned to the prime minister, Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi.
The newspaper stated, "The President of the Republic, Barham Salih, will not assume the position of Prime Minister under any pretext, and therefore this position requires the political blocs to find a solution to a satisfactory formula for the government’s walk, otherwise the country will enter into a stifling crisis."
In the same context, the informed source denied the rumors that the President of the Republic interfered in the nomination or nomination of some ministers, saying that “the President of the Republic did not interfere and did not nominate any name; He is responsible for Parliament and political forces.
