The General Company for Electronic Systems, a company of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals, announced, on Tuesday, the signing of a contract with Unicom International to establish assembly workshops specialized in the production of cameras, networking devices and tablets.
The general manager of the company, Ahmed Abdullah Al-Kaabi, said in a statement that he received / information / a copy of it, “The company signed during the last few years, participation contracts within the direction of the state and the ministry towards opening up to the strong and efficient private sector to be a true and effective partner of the national industry with the aim of transferring technology and exchanging experiences. And the addition of specialized workshops and production lines. ”
Al-Kaabi expressed his hope that "through the partnership contracts, the company will achieve the desired goals in providing the best services to the beneficiary government institutions and the country."
For his part, Director of the Communications Department, Maitham Fadel Hassan, disclosed, “The company signed a partnership contract with Unicom International to build specialized assembly workshops in the company’s building complex to produce cameras, network devices and tablets in various origins and upon request.”
