    Abdel-Mahdi suggested "on December 4, 2020 as the date for the elections and to provide the commission with all the requirements that enable it to hold free and fair elections on the proposed date and that the distinguished parliament dissolve itself 60 days before the date mentioned," calling for "the organization of another fund next to the election boxes or On the back of the election coupon for a referendum on constitutional amendments, it can be approved by the distinguished parliament according to its mechanisms before dissolving itself.
