Tariq Harb: It is not permissible to replace Al-Zarfi, except by conceding it or not granting him confidence in the House of Representatives

"There are two ways to replace the Prime Minister-designate, Adnan al-Zarfi," Either said. "Either [url=https://www.thebaghdadpost.com/ar/Story/t/137/%D9%85%D8%AC%D9%84%D8%B3 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%86%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%A8]the House of Representatives[/url] refuses to give confidence to the ministerial cabinet that it will provide, or that Al-Zarfi personally relinquishes the mandate."
He added, in a press statement, "There is no authority, neither for the President of the Republic, nor for the House of Representatives, to replace Zarfi except through these two methods."
He said that "any substitution should be by legal means so that it is not subject to criticism and accuse him of violating the law in the event he replaces Zarrafi," calling on the President of the Republic to adhere to the law in this matter.
