Tariq Harb: Zarfi can only be replaced by Parliament

The legal expert, Tariq Harb, affirmed that the prime minister-designate, Adnan Al- [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] only be replaced by Parliament.
Harb explained that: "It is not permissible to replace the Prime Minister-designate Adnan Al- [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] , except through the House of Representatives by refusing to give confidence to Al- [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] ," stressing that "it is not permissible for the President of the Republic to replace the Prime Minister-designate with another candidate."
He added: "If Al- [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] apologizes, this is his right, and then another candidate can be named. Otherwise, the House of Representatives can refuse to vote on his cabinet, as he did with Muhammad Allawi."
Sources announced that the Shiite forces that met in the home of Ammar al-Hakim the day before, decided to form a delegation to the President of the Republic, Barham Salih, in order to persuade him to assign another candidate instead of Zarrafi, who assigned him a few days ago.
