The newspaper reported in a translation translated by the "Information Agency" that, "His Holiness, Pope Appointed Bishop Lescovar, who is currently working as a consultant to the Vatican Embassy in India, succeeding Archbishop Alberto Ortega Martin who was appointed ambassador to the Vatican in Chile."
It is mentioned that Ambassador Leskovar was born in 1970 in Slovenia and was ordained as a priest in 1995.
