Decided the new Speaker of the House Rep. older Mehdi al-Hafez, on Tuesday, lifting the first meeting of the Council next Tuesday to the eighth month of July present.
He said Hafiz, who chaired the meeting, that the meeting will be held if there is an agreement between the political blocs.
The decision to lift Hafiz session for a week, after discussions and presentations of the deputies present, and the withdrawal of the Kurdish blocs and united in the session.
The lawmakers walked out of the Kurdistan Alliance and a coalition united under the leadership of former House Speaker Osama Najafi, on Tuesday, the first session of the third parliamentary session.
The new Speaker of the House Rep. older Mehdi al-Hafez, has decided to lift the first meeting of the Council for the purpose of half an hour to reach "a certain formula" on the selection of the new President of the Council and his two deputies.
The session witnessed the first interactions between a number of deputies, after demanding an MP for the Kurdistan Alliance Najeebeh Najib, what she described as "lift the siege imposed ills region," referring to the granting of salaries to the staff of the province.
The members of the new Council of Representatives, on Tuesday, was sworn in Arabic and Kurdish, headed by Deputy Chairman of the Board older Mehdi al-Hafez, where the latter was followed by the text of the oath in Arabic read out the text placeholders right, but Talabani.
Hafiz announced during the meeting a quorum of the new Council, after the presence of 255 deputies.
The agenda of the first session of the new parliament, which will be held on Tuesday, the constitutional oath for new MPs and the election of the Chairman of the House of Representatives as well as his two deputies.
The Presidency of the Republic issued a decree called for the new Council of Representatives to convene its first day on the first Tuesday of July, to form the next government, pointing out that the MP Mehdi al-Hafez, who is the biggest members of parliament are not will chair the meeting.
As decided by the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, always disable the official state institutions in the capital Baghdad, with the exception of the necessary configurations.
