He added that "the amendment of the electoral law and agreement on the form of electoral districts needs to hold several sessions, whether at the level of the legal committee or public deliberative sessions for all members of the council."
Cougar explained, "All the forces of the Kurdistan Alliance have a unified position regarding the electoral districts, and they are with each province having one electoral district.

The deputy of the Kurdistan Alliance, Jamal Cougar, confirmed that the amendment of the election law needs several sessions and that the meetings between the heads of the blocs are still individual or bilateral, indicating that the Kurdistan Alliance forces are committed to making the province one district.
