[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / Head of the Watan Parliamentary Bloc Hisham Al-Suhail attributed the reason for the delay in presenting the budget for reading and approval to the failure to reach a solution so far with the Kurdistan region.
He told the Iraqi National News Agency ( NINA ) that: The Parliamentary Finance Committee finished last week the budget paragraphs and sent them to the Presidency of Parliament, who can determine the time for presenting them to members of Parliament.
Al-Suhail added that: The paragraphs related to the region are still without a solution, and we hope that agreement will be reached on resolving them soon for the sake of speedy approval of the budget. / End 3[/rtl]
