[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / Economic expert, Abdul Hassan Al-Shammari, affirmed the parliament’s ability to draw up an investment budget every 6 months and at the end of each year, with a government request by taking advantage of the high oil prices.
He told the Iraqi National News Agency ( NINA ) that: High oil prices need a clear strategy for how to spend them on large projects and infrastructure.
Al-Shammari added that: That depends on the mentality of the state’s state and its ministries, which determine this issue by disposing of oil resources. Are they added to the bank’s reserves or an investment budget?
He explained that: At the request of the government, Parliament can draw up an investment budget every 6 months and disburse funds for these projects.[/rtl]
