Today, Monday, the legal expert, Falah Al-Kahiji, presented two methods to dissolve the House of Representatives, while asserting that the existence of parliament and holding elections are incompatible for fear of exploiting influence.

Al-Kahiji said during his speech to Al-Sumaria news, that "the parliament is dissolved in two ways, the first is to complete its four-year electoral cycle that starts from the date of the first session, and the second way is to collect parliamentary signatures to dissolve the parliament, and in this case the constitution specified that the parliament should precede the dissolution of parliament." Sixty days before the elections.

He explained, "holding elections does not require dissolving parliament, but during the voting process the parliament must have been dissolved," indicating that "the existence of a parliament and holding elections are incompatible with the fear of exploiting influence for the sake of electoral interests."
