, Chairman of the Federal Service Council, Mahmoud Al-Tamimi, confirmed, on Wednesday, the endeavor to create a database for job seekers, while noting that the mechanisms that the Council will follow in knowing the ministries' need for job grades depends on three factors.
Al-Tamimi said, according to the official agency, that "there is no real number to know the number of graduates required to be employed," pointing out that "the service council has approached all government departments for the purpose of providing it with data for job seekers."
He added that "not necessarily every graduate is looking for employment, as there are graduates who have private jobs," noting that "one of the objectives of the service council is to create a database for job seekers to know their number and needs and to create a balance between supply and demand."
He pointed out that "the budget law defines the required grades and the organization of job seekers in the state's labor market," noting that "the council establishes a mechanism for selecting applicants based on its law and on the instructions issued by the budget law as well as general rules in employment to ensure the principle of transparency and fairness in distributing Job degrees. "
He explained that "the mechanisms that the council will follow in knowing the ministries' need for job grades will be through their study of their functional structures, their existing functional milieu and the tasks assigned to these institutions," stressing that "in light of this, the institution's need for employment is estimated."
