A statement of the Federal Supreme Court received by Alsumaria News stated, "The court examined a lawsuit regarding the request for a ruling that several articles of the law are unconstitutional The third amendment For the Law of Governorates that are not organized in a region (Amendment No. 21 of 2008).

"The plaintiff argued against the President of the House of Representatives in addition to his job," the statement said.
He added, "The court, after reviewing the case, decided to postpone it to the second of next month for the purpose of verification."
