Today, Thursday, the Cabinet approved the contracting procedures for printing ballot papers and early parliamentary elections forms.
The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers stated, in a statement received by the "National News Center," that "the Cabinet approved contracting procedures for printing ballot papers and forms for early parliamentary elections scheduled to be held next October."
The statement added, "The council agreed to grant the German company (Kizka Plus Difference) a cash advance of 50% of the total contract amount, with the exception of the instructions for implementing the federal budget for the fiscal year 2021."
He explained, "This is in return for a letter of guarantee of the full value of the advance from one of the approved banks to complete contracting procedures regarding printing ballot papers and parliament election forms and processing them."
