And while talking about the details of the two ruling decisions in the two cases that the commission investigated and referred them to the judiciary, according to a statement, Mawazine News received a copy of it, the Hilla Misdemeanors Court, which is specialized in integrity issues, issued a ruling to imprison the former governor’s advisor, based on The provisions of Article (331) of the Penal Code, against the background of helping the former governor of Babylon to walk the governorate’s mail, despite the issuance of an arrest warrant and investigation against him by the Babylon criminals, pointing out that he was placed in prison
In another criminal case, the circuit explained, "The same court issued a judgment in the presence of a former provincial council member in the province, who is charged with managing the Babylon Water Directorate, based on the provisions of Article (341) of the Penal Code, against the background of organizing a book issued by the Babylon Water Directorate. By releasing the amount of withholding for water complex projects implemented by a private contracting company, confirming that it has been deposited in prison.
