Saleh said in a tweet on Twitter: "We remember with pride the call for sufficient jihad, which was launched by the supreme reference, Sayyid Ali al-Sistani (his shadow), and we salute the heart of the call at the moment of the most difficult challenge.
He stressed that "victory will not be complete without the consolidation of the capable state, the rule of law and good governance."
