The Minister of Agriculture, Muhammad Al-Khafaji, signed, on Friday, a cooperation agreement with the Arab Center for the Study of Arid Zones and Arid Lands (ACSAD).

A ministry statement, a copy of which was received by "Nass", stated that "Al-Khafaji signed a cooperation agreement with the Arab Center for the Study of Dry Areas and Arid Lands" ACSAD, which works within the framework of the League of Arab States.
He pointed out that "the agreement aims to cooperate in the fields of livestock, desertification, scientific and agricultural research and the exchange of information and experiences in a way that enables us to benefit from the fruits of scientific progress."
