    The Council of Ministers decided to authorize the Minister of Transport, Nasser Hussein Al-Shibli, the authority to negotiate and sign a draft maritime transport agreement between the Republic of Iraq and the Federal Republic of Russia, as amended by the State Council, based on the provisions of Article (80 / Item VI) of the Constitution.
    According to a statement received by "Al-Nour News", a copy of it, "the decision was taken at the twenty-third regular session of the Council of Ministers, which was held on 06/15/2021."
    He added, "The decision included that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs prepare the necessary authorization document on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Iraq for the Minister of Transport, according to the approved contexts, and submit it to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in order to obtain the signature of the Prime Minister."
