Ministry of Communications spoke today, Tuesday, about a way to improve internet service.
Ministry spokesman, Raad al-Mashhadani, denied that "there is any increase in internet service prices for citizens through service companies."
He stressed that "the ministry's support for the service is by providing these companies with high-speed facilities in recent months, to improve the quality of service and increase its speed."
He pointed out that "there is a great demand for the (Fiber to Home) project, which was adopted in the Karkh areas, as it provides Internet and communications services at subsidized prices," noting that "the national project for the Internet and optical cable is working well in Zayouna, and it is hoped that its service will be spread among the Rusafa areas."
