{Economic: Al Furat News} The Ministry of Commerce announced that it is seeking to achieve commercial sovereignty and joint projects with the private sector.
The ministry's spokesman, Muhammad Hanoun, told {Euphrates News}: "We are ready to gather the Iraqi private sector with its international counterpart, and push towards establishing joint projects, and our mission in the ration card is the best evidence, and it has become clear that the private sector should prepare the vocabulary and be observers."
He added, "We seek to establish commercial sovereignty that will transfer the current economy to a better place, and we aspire to be a key partner in all the economies of the world through a real partnership where the private sector is a mainstay in the Iraqi economy."
