    The
    company announced the global smart card, Tuesday the launch of its
    second generation of the Cardmember to card "in Iraq, as she will in the
    coming months to activate roaming for smart card to be used outside the

    studies and development of smart card Luay Hadi Ibrahim said in an
    interview for "alsumaria news", "global smart card company launched the
    second generation of the smart card (card), which will provide banking
    and commercial services for all citizens without exception", stating
    that "the card will enable the customer to deposit and transfer funds
    anywhere in addition to shopping stores, as well as pay bills for
    electricity and water."

    Hadi said that "the company will
    cooperate with 4000 port to handle this service including shops will be
    equipped with special devices that treat this card," Noting that
    "citizen who owns this card will be able to shop without carrying cash
    in his pocket and without a Commission, which would be borne by the
    dealer or shop owner.

    "the use of the smart card will provide protection and security for the
    citizens of theft, as well as to eliminate corruption in government
    departments", pointing out that "the card provides 256 service either
    related to the financial service or other services.

    Awwad said
    that "the number of subscribers the company 2 million and 650,000
    citizens aspire smart card arrive to every Iraqi citizen", adding that
    "the lack of infrastructure in Iraq is one of the most important
    obstacles that delayed deployment of smart card".

    Associate
    Director, said the company's Commissioner Ibrahim abdelhadi, in an
    interview for "alsumaria news", that "the company will in the coming
    months to activate roaming for smart card in conjunction with a mastrd
    card for use outside of Iraq," he said, adding "it will launch Mobile
    bank service and Internet service during the current year, which will
