    {Political: Al Furat News} A member of the State of Law Coalition called on the coordinating framework forces to adopt the initiative of the head of the National State Forces Alliance, Mr. Al-Hakim "Ada" the consensual government as a way out of the crisis.
    Wael Al-Rikabi said in a program (special coverage) broadcast by Al-Furat satellite channel this evening: "In crises, the role of leaders comes to put forward proposals to get the country out of its crises, and this time is the most dangerous."
    He added, "We consider that the Wisdom Movement and Mr. Al-Hakim are an important part of the political process and the coordination framework, and the latter should read this initiative carefully to adopt it as it seeks to get the country out of the crisis."
    Al-Rikabi indicated, "The current stage can only be passed through consensus, including the person of the Prime Minister," noting that "the coordination framework remains on his vision because there is no renewal for the three presidencies and there is no specific name agreed upon by the parties in the coordination framework of the Prime Minister."
    He said: "The largest parliamentary bloc is the most numerous and is not the winner in the elections, meaning that the Sadrist movement is not the largest bloc currently," noting that
    He stressed that "the current stage does not require political unilateralism, and the exit is in the consensus government, and the largest bloc can be taken into account by distributing positions according to the custom of quotas, although it is unfortunate."
    Al-Rikabi continued, "The election law paved the way for the current reality, and there is no equivalent in the world, and it was passed in the House of Representatives under the pretext of the situation in which the stage of demonstrations was going, what caught us with a big trap, and electronic counting and sorting came to be the most traps," stressing "the necessity of re-counting and sorting, and the matter became Urgent need".
    The head of the National State Forces Alliance, Mr. Al-Hakim, called during his speech at the Middle East Security and Peace Forum held in Dohuk today, Tuesday, for a "national, political and expanded initiative that brings together all the winning forces (at the level of seats or votes) and at the level of (accepting the results or those who oppose them). And at the level of {large forces or young and independent emerging forces}, to develop a formula of understanding that leads to restoring balance to the political process through a comprehensive national agreement, adopted by everyone, with clear and practical mechanisms, points and timings.
    He stressed that "the national agreement paper will be voted on in the new House of Representatives as a parliamentary decision in its first official session."
