[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / - The winning Kurdish candidate, Jamal Kojer, confirmed that the Kurdish blocs have not resolved their issue of negotiating jointly or individually with the Shiite blocs so far, pointing out that there are efforts to unite the Kurdish parties before starting negotiations with the Shiite blocs.
Cougar said in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA /: "The Kurdish blocs are in the process of discussing the unification of the Kurdish blocs in a Kurdish alliance before starting negotiations with Baghdad, indicating that the commissioners with Baghdad will not be on government positions."
He explained, "The Kurdish negotiator should not neglect the important fateful issues of the Kurds and the previously neglected issues, including the issue of Article 140, and its problems due to the presence of a lot of demographic change that will happen in the future in the (disputed) areas, and this matter will turn into problems in which the poor will be the victim, warning of shedding The bloodshed as a result of this procedure, and this is what we do not accept, so a solution must be found for that article of the constitution.”
He continued, "The other issue is the issue of salaries for employees of the Kurdistan region, and the ongoing problems and conflict between the federal government and the Kurdistan region, in which the citizen has become the victim."
