{Local: Al Furat News} The federal government clarified, regarding employee contracts, that the fiscal year 2021 is nearing the end.
The financial advisor to the Prime Minister, Mazhar Muhammad Salih, told {Euphrates News}, "With the beginning of the first working day of the new year, work is done according to the Financial Management Law, and the exchange will be 12/1 in the event that the financial budget is not approved."
And he stated, "All the transactions of contract holders that reached the Ministry of Finance and are related to the 2021 budget, there is no administrative problem in their implementation because it is within the contexts of the 2021 budget."
He added, "If employee contracts are informed according to the current year's 2021 budget, then they are fixed, but if they are for the next year 2022, they need legislation within the draft budget law."
Saleh had said in a press statement earlier this morning that "the budget for 2022 is currently prepared, but it is not submitted to legislation, and the approval of its law depends on the speed of convening the new parliament and granting confidence to the next government. other".
