Oil prices recorded, on Monday, a remarkable increase with the positive launch of the new year 2022 market, despite fears of a decline in demand due to the rapid spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, which limited the gains.
Brent crude rose 59 cents, or 0.76 percent, to $78.37 a barrel.
US West Texas Intermediate crude futures rose 63 cents, or 0.84%, to $75.82 a barrel. Ended 29/A4
