, Saturday, the international coalition denied the presence of its forces at Balad Air Base in Salah al-Din Governorate.
The coalition stated in a tweet via Twitter, "The attack on Iraqi facilities is an attack on the Iraqi people."
He added, "The coalition maintains a minimum presence in Iraqi locations to provide advice, assistance, and empowerment, but it has no personnel at a base in Balad, and the Iraqi forces have the competence and ability to protect their facilities."
Balad base was targeted by drones, as the Security Media Cell announced that the targeting was stopped and the planes fled to an unknown destination.
