Earth News/ The Supreme Judicial Council revealed today, Friday, the initiation of an investigation into the lawsuit filed by two current deputies against the presidential candidate Hoshyar Zebari.
According to a document issued by the judiciary, which was reviewed by “Earth News”, “Based on the request submitted by the lawyer, Kased Yasser, the representative of the members of the House of Representatives for the current session, both Dylan Ghafoor Saleh and Ali Turki Jassoumi, we would like to inform you that this court is conducting the trial of the case / 01/01. 98/) which included the former Minister of Foreign Affairs Hoshyar Zebari’s intentional harm to the funds and interests of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs during his work as Minister of Foreign Affairs, by disbursing sums of money as rents to a number of the Ministry’s affiliates and protections in violation of the law, at an amount of (3,774,201) one hundred and seventy-one billion Seventy million twenty thousand eight hundred and forty-four dinars despite the objection of the administrative authorities to the exchange.
According to the document, “Noting that the accused has been issued with a summons order in accordance with the provisions of Article 340 BC, and he has not come yet for information.”
